Spot to run in Paris :

If you prefer Sunday jogging and go at your own pace rather than participating in a marathon here are the different here are the 3 best spots

1 - Canal de l'Ourcq (Parc de la Villette)

The Ourcq canal with its 90 km long offers us a very rolling terrain, perfect for making a long outing. The developed part of the canal begins at the Jaurès metro station and crosses the Parc de la Villette.

If you are into trail running and you are not afraid of climbing, this is the place for you! Hills and stairs allow you to accumulate D + and work on your support in the heart of Paris. And if you don't want to overheat too quickly, you can also do loops around the lake.

The Bois de Vincennes is located in the south-east of Paris, it is the largest wooded green space in the city. Very flat and with long rolling paths, it is the ideal place to achieve a half or marathon pace session.

All the track are totally free to access.
