La Bifurk is an associative incubator and a place for artistic, citizen, ecological and sports experiments.

In the heart of Grenoble's Flaubert district, this former telecom wire factory is open to the public for a wide variety of events, including concerts, urban sliding sports, exhibitions, workshops, shows, digital arts, basketball, and association events.

Gathered in a collective, the 13 associations co-manage the building and the seven activity spaces: the Cultural Hall (multi-purpose cultural space), the Aiguillage (exhibition hall), the Skatepark, the Dufond Room (digital arts creation room), the Argentique Photo Laboratory, the basketball playground, the Urban Beach and the Pépinière (administrative and collective living spaces).

In addition to coordinating activities and managing the building, we encourage cross-fertilization, open to the outside world, and in line with the values of the social and solidarity economy and popular education.

Three collective actions illustrate our project:

- The Bifurkations: Festival of the collective. Workshops, concerts, shows, sports events and a garage sale around an annual theme

- The Actions Habitantes Flaubert: Allow the inhabitants to meet, exchange and organize activities in the district

- La Fabrik de la Bifurk: Shared workshops on construction, media, and for children

Upcoming events:

Rap/Chanson concert / Tracy de Sà + David Bleu + Ekloz + Lwada at the Bifurk

The Maison de l'Image is a resource center dedicated to images and is located in the Villeneuve de Grenoble. It is open to all people, individuals and professionals, who wish to acquire a first mastery of the language of images, to discover artistic creation, to train in techniques using still and moving images, and to acquire knowledge and tools in terms of education in images.

The Maison de l'Image is a training organization (photography, video reporting, editing, media and information education...).

The Maison de l'Image organizes exhibitions, artist residencies, conferences, debates and workshops. Two annual events punctuate the appointments with the public: the Rendez-vous de l'image in spring, and the Month of Photography in the fall.

Since 2018, the Maison de l'Image has also become an archive center, with notably the digitized Videogazettes archive.

Finally, in 2018, the Maison de l'Image opened a "Medialab", called Studio 97, a third multi-media place equipped with a television set, cameras, microphones and computers, to get as close as possible to the manufacture of information with the aim of awakening the critical spirit and training informed citizens.

Don't hesitate to discover this fabulous place, which is very interesting and has a great energy.

The CCN2, located in the MC2, is a place of creation for a living art, both mobile and anchored in its territory.

It offers increased support to artists who claim an art of the field and encourage new relationships with environments and populations.

An art that shakes up daily life, infiltrating reality and resolutely poetic, inviting itself where it is not expected. An art that provokes encounters and feeds on them. An art that is practiced and that interferes everywhere, at the top of a mountain, at the corner of a building, in the heart of a public park, on a cell phone, in your garden or at 4 rue Paul Claudel.

Throughout this season, the CCN2 will be presenting about fifteen shows to discover, about twenty artistic companies in residence, public rehearsals of the artists to make you discover their work, artistic events that come to you everywhere on the territory, workshops for adults wishing to discover the singular practices of our artists, weekly workshops of discovery of all the arts of the movements (dances, acrobatics, parkour?) for the young people, Bloom up ) for young people, Bloom up, online dance masterclasses designed in collaboration with the MC2, L'Autre colo, an artistic summer camp for young people during the summer, immersive Labs for professional artists throughout the year.

Events of the week:

March 11th : Tumbleweed's freeze frame, 7pm.

Tumbleweed is a young company, founded in 2017 by Angela Rabaglio, a Swiss choreographer and dancer, and Micaël Florentz, a French choreographer, dancer and musician. Created in 1798, the Musée de Grenoble has never stopped growing and today presents more than 900 works of art to its visitors. It is a unique collection of ancient, modern and contemporary art.

It has been given a new impetus since its installation in a new building designed by a team of Grenoble architects in 1994.

Exhibition in progress:

THE MUSEUM OUTSIDE THE WALLS

The Grenoble museum has an open-door policy to remove obstacles to coming to the museum and allow everyone to access the collections. It is in this spirit that since 2003 the museum has been organizing exhibitions outside the museum walls. Presenting a group of 11 20th century works chosen from the museum's permanent collections, the exhibition focuses on the theme of trees, whose silhouettes are particularly visible from all areas of the library, which is now open to the Alliance Park.

The Grenoble cable car is one of the first urban cable cars in the world after Rio de Janeiro and Cap Town! It was built in 1934, on the initiative of Paul Michoud, vice-president of the Chamber of Tourism Industry and Paul Mistral, mayor of Grenoble and his successor Léon Martin.

From the center of Grenoble, it provides quick access to the Bastille: a military fort, built in the 19th century on a hill that also gives it its name, and overlooking the Grenoble area.

Once you reach the top, discover the Bastille, a military fort built in the 19th century on a hill that also gives it its name. Overlooking the Grenoble metropolis, it is accessible in about 6 minutes thanks to the famous Grenoble cable car.

Take advantage of the ride to discover the Bastille Art Center, the Mountain Troops Museum or many other places where you can have lunch with a breathtaking panorama.

The price of the cable car will not cost you more than 6 euros.
