"Once upon a time at the Domaine de Vizille": a life-size game with this permanent orientation course combining history and heritage in the heart of the park. Using the map, go in search of beacons to discover remarkable sites (historical monument, tree, path, etc.), the goal being to find all the beacons. The objective is to discover the wealth of the park while practicing an outdoor activity. You can play this great game in two different ways, either to visit and explore all the sites or to achieve the best possible time !
The Vizille estate park is located a little lower than Grenoble in the town of… Vizille (obviously). To get there you can take the TER from Grenoble then take the bus n°23 or take the C4 bus directly (Victor Hugo stop) and continue with the n°65 to Chantefeuille.
The course is totally free and free to access.
Spread over 21 hectares, Paul Mistral Park is the largest park in Grenoble. It presents beautiful specimens of old trees, ponds and its location, close to the speed ring and allows the practice of many activities. Throughout the summer, the city puts it in the spotlight by organizing, in the park, many creative, fun and nautical activities accessible to all, "summer at the Paul Mistral park". Throughout the year, festivals and concerts resonate in the alleys of the park. Apart from nautical activities, you can practice sports in general : Jogging, Yoga, Bodybuilding...
To access this park take tram A or C and stop at Chavant.
Entrance to the park is completely free, however, you can pay a few euros to practice water activities during the summer.

Obviously ALL access to the paths is totally free and free of charge. However, we advise you to equip yourself with functions for your walks : shoes, water bottles, appropriate clothing...
Discover the cousin of rugby, American Football with the Grenoble Centaurs. One of the oldest clubs in the provinces and the most successful in France (with ten trophies to their credit). You probably all know this sport from the United States, so discover it live with its French version. If you find this sport too violent you can always dwell on Flag Football, derived from American football, the goal is the same except that there is no contact between the players and therefore no injuries.
To see this team play, go to the Centaures stadium in Grenoble (23 boulevard Gambetta) next to Place Victor Hugo. Bus n° C3 or C4 stop Victor Hugo.

Let's stay in the typically US sports with Hockey and the burners of Loup de Grenoble. They were 7 times champion of France (1981, 1982, 1991, 1998, 2007, 2009 and 2019), and 8 times vice-champion of France (1967, 1968, 1977, 1983, 1990, 2004, 2012 and 2018). They have also won the Coupe de France 4 times, the League Cup 4 times and the Champions Trophy 4 times. Come see this team and this spectacular sport play at the Pôle Sud ice rink, which plays with a soundscape and pyrotechnic effects. Little advice, do not hesitate to cover yourself if you go to see them play !

Let's stay once again in US sport and hockey but this time let's go through the Women's team (the most successful in France) and no longer in skating but in Roller with the Yeti's roller in line hockey Grenoble. Roller in line hockey is one of the disciplines of hockey on roller skates. It is practiced with inline skates (inline skates), generally indoors. It has the same rules and the same goal as traditional hockey but it's a whole different sport to watch, I can assure you !
